Meet Hollie Heath. As a research associate in our Chicago office, her days are filled with variety – a quality she loves and sought out in a job.
Hollie and her fellow researchers act as right-hand-men to our editorial team, providing research that includes, but is certainly not limited to, white paper sourcing for niche topics, brainstorming story ideas and coordinating interviews for clients’ blogs.
“Do work you enjoy”
When Hollie joined our editorial team in June 2012, she knew Brafton was a good fit – she’d dreamed of being a writer since she was a kid. And after gaining experience as a news and content writer, when she wanted to expand on her skillset with our research team, she was appreciative of the chance to test it out.
“Employees are welcome to take their skills and put them in a position they think they’d enjoy, or that they think they’d really like,” Hollie said. “I knew that I wanted to test out the research team and I was given that opportunity. There are so many opportunities to develop your skills or try something new. My hard work was certainly rewarded.”
