Brafton will be at SMX East in September to discuss the state of the SEO industry and talk content marketing strategies alongside top industry players and search marketing leaders.

Search marketing conference SMX East is being held from September 30 to October 2 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City. It’s a great opportunity to learn about developments in the content marketing industry and make connections with other people and businesses working in the same space – including Brafton.

This year’s keynote conversation will be delivered by BuzzFeed founder and CEO Jonah Peretti. He’ll be talking with Search Engine Land founding editor Danny Sullivan about the rise of viral content, gaining visibility on social media and the blurred lines between marketing and advertising.

Brafton’s team will also be there, talking about the rise of cross-channel marketing and how to create a strategy that drives results. We’ll be at booth #416, where Matt Driscoll, Abby Woodward and Courtney Sant will be on hand to answer questions about content marketing and how it fits into the evolving landscape.

They’ll also be joined by Marketing Director Katherine Griwert, who is giving an in-depth presentation on Scaling Engagement: 3 Steps to Efficient Content Marketing for SEO, Social & Business Results at 11:20 a.m. on October 1, 2014 in the SMX Theater on the Expo Hall floor. It will cover:

  •   Getting the most mileage out of content investments

  •   Developing and repurposing content for different business objectives

  •  Sharing for maximum success on social and email
