Meet Allegra Gallian. As a content writer on our editorial floor in Chicago, she tested out the waters on several teams before she found her sweet spot – writing exclusively for our travel industry clients.
“I was able to try out some different desks,” Allegra said. “I stayed in touch with the different editors to explain to them where I was comfortable and where I was uncomfortable to see if we could find the best fit, because I really wanted to do my best here.”
Now, a year into her Brafton tenure, Allegra said her writing and time management skills have improved exponentially.
“It’s definitely a camaraderie feeling.”
Whether brainstorming article topics with her teammates, participating in Brafton’s Fun Committee events or getting together outside after work, Allegra said “the community feel” is definitely alive in the Chicago office.
“It’s a really good environment to be in,” she said. “We like to spend time with each other outside the normal eight hours of work a day because we genuinely enjoy each other’s company.”
