Kate Bergstrom’s has always had her sights on a career in sales – and based on her tenacity and success thus far, we’re confident it’s in reach.

Kate joined the team at Brafton in early 2014 as an associate lead generation executive and since then has swiftly climbed the ranks to our senior lead gen role – a position she describes as a balancing act.

“Lead gen is all about connecting interested prospects with the business development team. The senior role is the next step – training with the directors to be in a full-time sales role,” Kate explained. “The sales directors and tenured BDEs have been immensely helpful while I begin to navigate the new role.”

When asked to describe her goals for 2015 in a word, Kate had a quick response: Growth.

“I’m eager to start applying all I’ve learned in training to a Brafton sales role,” she said. Kate’s ambition and relentless commitment to creating a positive Brafton experience for clients (even before they become clients) offers a model of how we operate. We’re proud to call her a teammate!
