In this #ThankfulNovember stat: Why 60% of marketers love emails.

Producing engaging content is only half the battle when it comes to finding and retaining customers. Just as important: determining the best channels to deploy content so people actually see it. That’s why email marketing is still held in such high esteem by marketers, especially during important periods like the holidays. Specifically, regular email newsletters are among the most highly touted content forms available.

According to a survey by IMN Marketing, 60 percent of marketers say newsletters are one of the most effective formats for online results.

Regular newsletters translate into dynamic marketing content. As Brafton reported, 40 percent of marketers say dynamism is essential for emails because it allows brands to adjust topics, visual media and channels as a campaign progresses. Monitoring open rates, click-throughs and referral traffic from weekly email newsletters improves each subsequent send and pays bigger marketing dividends.
