Brafton social strategists Jill DiLibero and Max Adagio ventured out of the office today to attend the Social@Scale Summit, hosted by Battery Ventures in Boston.

Rapid-fire presentations at the conference included Sprinklr’s Timothy O’Connor, Jessica Gioglio, social media manager at Dunkin’ Brands, and Kate Stamatakos, social media manager at EMC. The summit centered around innovative approaches to “the 5C’s” of Enterprise Social Infrastructure: Community, Content, Collaboration, Campaign and Conversation.
