Molly Buccini
In this week’s Content Questionnaire, we asked Monique Tremblay, a marketing manager with CVS Health to share her insights on the digital marketing world:

Q: What’s your idea of a perfect piece of web content?

A perfect piece of web content inspires and makes the audience feel something. If they forward it over to a friend, that’s even better! Who doesn’t like a share or an extra “like?!” Not me!

Q: What is your biggest marketing fear?

My biggest fear is that my audience won’t find my content useful or valuable.

Brafton Content Questionnaire MoniqueQ: What brands do you have a marketing crush on?

Dunkin’ Donuts, Alex and Ani, JetBlue, any Boston sports team.

Q: Which results make you happiest?

I love when someone shares my content or even leaves a positive comment. It shows they find it valuable to read and then pass over to a friend. Social media at its finest!

Q: What marketing skill would you most like to have?

I would love to have more web design and graphic design skills. I think marketers could benefit from both since visual storytelling is the key to digital marketing.

Q: If you were a type of web content, what do you think it would be?

A visually appealing image. Pictures are worth a thousand words, right? Who has time to read text nowadays?

Q: What is the quality you like best in other brands?

I like when brands are transparent and show that they are human in their responses to their audience.

Q: What’s the quality you like least in other brands?

I dislike when brands don’t respond to negative comments. Just apologize to the customer, show that you care, and try to fix the situation. Just ignoring the comment makes the audience more upset. Also, the brand risks the audience sharing that they had a bad experience with others.

Monique Tremblay QuoteQ: What is your marketing pet peeve?

When a brand sends too many emails and the content is too long. Give bulleted information, visuals, links to more information or articles, and include information that I would like to read. The keys to a great email campaign!

Q: What’s one social media trend that you wish would die out?

QR codes – do brands even use these anymore?

Q: What’s your current inspiration?

To be the best that I can be, both professionally and personally, and hope that I make an impact in other’s lives.
