A co-founder of Brafton, William has been responsible for the strategic financial operations of the business since 2008.  As the company diversifies its product ranges and expands into new geographical markets, his role remains to ensure that the business continues to operate on sustainable foundations.  A graduate of Cambridge University, he is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Stewart is responsible for evolving and revolutionizing Brafton’s internal and external software offerings and platforms, as well as providing industry-leading consultancy and integration to Brafton’s clients. As a software entrepreneur, Stewart has taken many digital and software-based content, research and marketing businesses from inception through to commercial and technological success, including developing one of the first online web-applications in the late ‘90s.

Azlan Jesselli Financial Controller

Azlan brings 9 years of accounting experience to his role as Financial Controller, overseeing Brafton’s accounting department. Joining Brafton as an accounts receivable specialist, Azlan now directs all accounting operations for both Brafton and our Australia-based sister company, Castleford. Azlan’s keen financial acumen and attention to detail help manage the inherent complexities that come with operating one of the world’s leading content marketing agencies.

Chris began his Brafton career as a Content Writer and now oversees the company’s global Editorial department. With over 10 years of content marketing experience, Chris is dedicated to ensuring the copy Brafton’s in-house writers create exceeds clients’ expectations. In addition to supporting the development of client strategies, Chris collaborates with the department’s Editorial Managers to ensure content training and policies keep up with a continuously evolving industry.

Adam is responsible for Brafton’s commercial and client strategy teams globally. He has been working in content marketing for 20+ years, during which time he established Brafton’s operations in APAC and EMEA. Adam has hands-on experience of every aspect of agency life from leading creative teams to driving growth strategies. He speaks at industry events and is a regular contributor to our blog.

Kayleigh is the Senior Director of Customer Experience for APAC, responsible for leading a team of Account Directors in delivering successful campaign strategies while providing an incredible client experience. Kayleigh has 7+ years of experience in developing cross-channel marketing strategies that grow audiences and generate leads.

Lyndsay Radlowski VP Sales - North America and Europe
Lyndsay Radlowski VP Sales - North America and Europe

Lyndsay is a client focused Executive bringing 17 years of Sales and Marketing experience, 9 of those years exclusively in Digital Marketing. She oversees Brafton’s sales teams in NA and EMEA and is responsible for supporting Brafton’s global business development efforts while helping clients solve their marketing problems to positively impact their ROI. Outside of the office, you’ll find her spending time with her husband & two little boys, powerlifting, and traveling.

Ian Servin Creative Director, Video and Special Projects

Ian is our Creative Director of Video and Special Projects and assists AJ Muffett in leading Brafton’s talented cadre of animators and filmmakers. Ian has over a decade of experience in marketing and video production. He started out working behind the scenes on productions at networks like ESPN, NBC, Fox Sports and A&E before moving into producing and directing commercial projects for a diverse array of clients. Ian brings his production experience together with his agency background to produce video marketing campaigns that get results.

Tom is the VP of Sales for the APAC region at Brafton. He has over 9 years of experience in content, inbound marketing and SEO. He originally started his career at Brafton as a Business Development Manager and is now responsible for Brafton’s continued growth across APAC, whilst overseeing a team of Sales People and Account Directors. Tom is passionate about discussing all things digital, improving business processes and, helping our clients find more impactful ways to drive results through content marketing.

Dave oversees Brafton’s Project Management, Consulting and Promotions & Engagement teams, working with clients and Brafton’s internal content marketing experts to ensure operational excellence across the business. Before taking on the role of Chief Services Officer, he broke ground as one of the company’s original project managers and served as the Vice President of Services and Director of Project Management. Dave’s commitment to quality continues to push Brafton teams to stay ahead of content marketing best practices and produce better results for our clients.

Tricia is constantly working to understand ways to improve and innovate our client approach.

He currently heads an international team of Senior Designers who are renowned for their exceptional skills in branding, UX design, illustration, and digital content creation. Known for his award-winning creativity, Ken consistently brings a high level of expertise to each client project, ensuring its success by aligning it with the client’s strategies and goals.

Deryk King AVP of Engineering
Deryk King AVP of Engineering

Deryk is responsible for both the ongoing development and maintenance of many of Brafton’s proprietary software. He also guides and oversees clients’ website development work in multiple local businesses, including entertainment companies. Self-taught and with over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has a front-row seat to many of the industry’s leading emerging technologies.

Lauren Fox is the AVP of Marketing at Brafton. She has grown the Brafton blog from 30K to 230K monthly visitors and tripled its newsletter subscriber base over the course of three years. Her expertise ranges from content research and planning to performance analysis, with a focus on content strategy.

Rachel Ochalek AVP Project Management

Rachel oversees Brafton’s global Project Management Department, working closely with internal teams and company leaders to develop and refine the policies and processes that enable Creative Production Project Managers to deliver exceptional service in the client experience. With a background in editorial and management, a passion for producing quality work and a strong desire to exceed client expectations, she is well-positioned to advocate and lead for the continued evolution of Brafton’s Project Management services.

Jeremy Corb AVP of People Operations
Jeremy Corb AVP of People Operations

Jeremy joined Brafton in 2011 following a diverse career in professional athletics, writing, and human resources. During his tenure, he has grown with the company from writer to trainer to directing human resources and people operations. A graduate of UMass Boston, he now leads Brafton’s recruitment and staff development efforts, working with the Executive team to drive constant improvement among teams and across the company’s suite of products and services.
