Tom is an entrepreneur specializing in building content marketing, marketing technology and information services businesses. Over the last seven years he has founded a group of companies that today are North America and Australia’s leading content marketing agencies, employing over 370 professionals worldwide.
Richard is responsible for Brafton’s accelerated growth that has earned its place on Inc.’s fastest growing U.S. companies list for three consecutive years. He has been at the helm of Brafton’s market development since his days as the editor in chief, when he implemented cutting edge content products and services to encompass text, video, graphics and website optimization solutions.
Sarah is responsible for advancing Brafton’s content marketing solutions and accelerating customer success. Her commitment to customer experience and strategic content marketing consultancy stem from more than 10 years in successful client relations at Forrester Research and other consulting companies.
Stewart is responsible for evolving and revolutionizing Brafton’s internal and external software offerings and platforms, as well as providing industry-leading consultancy and integration to Brafton’s clients. As a software entrepreneur, Stewart has taken many digital and software-based content, research and marketing businesses from inception through to commercial and technological success, including developing one of the first online web-applications in the late ‘90s.
Irene oversees all fiscal reporting within Brafton and its subsidiaries. She is in charge of planning and managing operational finances, accounting for more than 700 customers and over 320 employees. Prior to Brafton, Irene earned her MBA from Babson College and most recently served as a senior staff accountant at Boston Financial.
Meredith is the innovator behind Brafton’s expanding product suite. A graduate of Ithaca College, Meredith joined Brafton in 2009. During her tenure she’s held key responsibility in the implementation of Brafton products spanning editorial, video, graphics and integration technology, as well as the development of Brafton’s proprietary marketing software.
Francis assumes overall responsibility for the quality, integrity and delivery of Brafton’s output across all creative teams. His drive to innovate has led to the implementation of more than 20 content format offerings. Francis joined Brafton in its infancy following an award-winning career in newspaper journalism.
Barbara joined Brafton in 2015 with over 20 years of expertise in recruitment, employee communications, performance management and engagement strategies. She has an unwavering commitment to the human side of our practice, fostering talent, strategic thinking and collaboration. Prior to Brafton, Barbara served over 10 years as a community advocate in her Chicago neighborhood and held lead HR positions in fast-growing creative companies.
