Tom is an entrepreneur specializing in building content marketing, marketing technology and information services businesses. Over the last 15 years he has co-founded a group of companies that today are North America, the UK and Australia’s leading content marketing agencies, employing hundreds of professionals worldwide.

A co-founder of Brafton, William has been responsible for the strategic financial operations of the business since 2008. As the company diversifies its product ranges and expands into new geographical markets, his role remains to ensure that the business continues to operate on sustainable foundations. A graduate of Cambridge University, he is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

Stewart is responsible for evolving and revolutionizing Brafton’s internal and external software offerings and platforms, as well as providing industry-leading consultancy and integration to Brafton’s clients. As a software entrepreneur, Stewart has taken many digital and software-based content, research and marketing businesses from inception through to commercial and technological success, including developing one of the first online web-applications in the late ‘90s.

Lyndsay is a client focused Executive bringing 17 years of Sales and Marketing experience, 9 of those years exclusively in Digital Marketing. She oversees Brafton’s sales teams in NA and EMEA and is responsible for supporting Brafton’s global business development efforts while helping clients solve their marketing problems to positively impact their ROI. Outside of the office, you’ll find her spending time with her husband & two little boys, powerlifting, and traveling.

Kayleigh is the Senior Director of Customer Experience for APAC, responsible for leading a team of Account Directors in delivering successful campaign strategies while providing an incredible client experience. Kayleigh has 7+ years of experience in developing cross-channel marketing strategies that grow audiences and generate leads.

Tom is the VP of Sales for the APAC region at Brafton. He has over 9 years of experience in content, inbound marketing and SEO. He originally started his career at Brafton as a Business Development Manager and is now responsible for Brafton’s continued growth across APAC, whilst overseeing a team of Sales People and Account Directors. Tom is passionate about discussing all things digital, improving business processes and, helping our clients find more impactful ways to drive results through content marketing.

Adam is responsible for Brafton’s commercial and client strategy teams globally. He has been working in content marketing for 20+ years, during which time he established Brafton’s operations in APAC and EMEA. Azlan brings 9 years of accounting experience to his role as Financial Controller, overseeing Brafton’s accounting department. Joining Brafton as an accounts receivable specialist, Azlan now directs all accounting operations for both Brafton and our Australia-based sister company, Castleford. Azlan’s keen financial acumen and attention to detail help manage the inherent complexities that come with operating one of the world’s leading content marketing agencies.

As the global VP of Sales Operations for Brafton, Ryan Collier is responsible for pushing high-converting opportunities to our sales team for optimal sales results. With over 17 years experience in the industry and almost 15 years with Brafton, Ryan has helped Brafton scale to its current status as the largest and most effective content marketing agency across the globe. Ryan is also actively involved in assisting clients with their marketing and sales operations related tasks specific to strategy and implementation. When Ryan’s not working, he’s spending time with his kids- Cam and Ellie, or worrying about how the New England Patriots can get back to their winning ways.

Dave oversees Brafton’s Project Management, Consulting and Promotions & Engagement teams, working with clients and Brafton’s internal content marketing experts to ensure operational excellence across the business. Before taking on the role of Chief Services Officer, he broke ground as one of the company’s original project managers and served as the Vice President of Services and Director of Project Management. Dave’s commitment to quality continues to push Brafton teams to stay ahead of content marketing best practices and produce better results for our clients.

Dominick Sorrentino, Brafton’s Brand & Product Director, is a writer who accidentally learned to love marketing. He specializes in brand messaging, sales-enablement content and web analytics. When he isn’t thinking about things like “reach” or the English language, you’ll find him playing guitar, on a walk with his dog, or traveling the world — always with a belly full of the finest coffee within a 5-mile radius. He promises he’s not as pretentious as he sounds.

Sam started her Brafton career as a Social Media Strategist and now oversees the global social department. As the Director of Social Media at Brafton, Sam is responsible for leading the team of Social Media Strategists in developing and executing effective organic and paid social media strategies that drive results for our clients. Outside of the office, you’ll find Sam spending time with her friends, lifting at the gym, and traveling.

Carly GillumDirector of Project Management
Carly Gillum is the Director of Project Management at Brafton, responsible for overseeing the East Coast and EMEA project managers. With a BA in Journalism/ Media & Cinema Studies, she spends much of her time outside of Brafton doing improv, or writing. You might also find her touring museums, watching documentaries and rom coms, or playing with her dog, Roxy, in her free time.

Ian is our Creative Director of Video and Special Projects and assists AJ Muffett in leading Brafton’s talented cadre of animators and filmmakers. Ian has over a decade of experience in marketing and video production. He started out working behind the scenes on productions at networks like ESPN, NBC, Fox Sports and A&E before moving into producing and directing commercial projects for a diverse array of clients. Ian brings his production experience together with his agency background to produce video marketing campaigns that get results.

As the Senior Production Operations Director, Alex oversees a team of project managers in the APAC region and works closely with creative production to support PMs on the management and delivery of quality content. With 7+ years of experience in marketing and a diverse background in PR, operations and writing, Alex is committed to delivering high-quality, strategic content to Brafton clients and helps to streamline workflows and processes across project management. Outside of the office, you can find her on the soccer pitch playing in multiple leagues across LA, traveling or spending time with her friends and family.

With over 30 years of experience in branding and strategy, Ken is a seasoned leader in the creative industry. He currently heads an international team of Senior Designers who are renowned for their exceptional skills in branding, UX design, illustration, and digital content creation. Known for his award-winning creativity, Ken consistently brings a high level of expertise to each client project, ensuring its success by aligning it with the client’s strategies and goals.

Deryk is responsible for both the ongoing development and maintenance of many of Brafton’s proprietary software. He also guides and oversees clients’ website development work in multiple local businesses, including entertainment companies. Self-taught and with over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has a front-row seat to many of the industry’s leading emerging technologies.

Lauren Fox is the AVP of Marketing at Brafton. She has grown the Brafton blog from 30K to 230K monthly visitors and tripled its newsletter subscriber base over the course of three years. Her expertise ranges from content research and planning to performance analysis, with a focus on content strategy.

Rachel oversees Brafton’s global Project Management Department, working closely with internal teams and company leaders to develop and refine the policies and processes that enable Creative Production Project Managers to deliver exceptional service in the client experience. With a background in editorial and management, a passion for producing quality work and a strong desire to exceed client expectations, she is well-positioned to advocate and lead for the continued evolution of Brafton’s Project Management services.

Jeremy joined Brafton in 2011 following a diverse career in professional athletics, writing, and human resources. During his tenure, he has grown with the company from writer to trainer to directing human resources and people operations. A graduate of UMass Boston, he now leads Brafton’s recruitment and staff development efforts, working with the Executive team to drive constant improvement among teams and across the company’s suite of products and services.
