Molly Buccini

She has a background in journalism, corporate experience in social media and she’s even recorded a music album – but at Brafton, Belén Cusi is known as our video blog expert. She’s recently signed on for a new role that we expect to have a great impact on our video product – producer.

As our video blog producer, Belén works to perfect how our video team delivers clients captivating information in a bite-sized format. The variety of roles Belén takes on in this process keeps her video knowledge sharp (from production practices to marketing optimization).

“One day could be spent primarily writing scripts and going to meetings, and the next I could be in and out of the studio directing talent, working the prompter and managing the studio’s video workflow,” she said.

She may have a team bias, but she added that another perk of the job is “the video people are some of the coolest at Brafton!”

Visual media is Belén’s expertise on and off camera: Not only has she made regular appearances as a video presenter, but she understands that content has to be optimized for a viewer on the go.

“Video blogging should be a part of all strategies – if you have a blog already with text posts, it makes perfect sense,” she explained. “It’s going to be more visually appealing, engage your viewers and it’s just the way content marketing is going – toward visual and mobile.”
