Molly Buccini

As a senior lead generation executive at Brafton, Ben Brink is on the path to becoming a leading player in our business development department.

When lead generation executives move onto the senior level promotion, they go through a series of trainings that shadow tenured business teammates and strengthen their overall business acumen. Part of that training included the opportunity to head to the Windy city for the IRCE Conference this past July.

“One big thing I took away from the experience at the show is how well-known Brafton is,” he said. “It seemed like everyone at the conference was excited to talk about content marketing with us. And of course, being in Chicago was awesome.  It was my first time to the city – and next time I go the Cubs better be in town!”

But whether he’s traveling or on the job in our Boston office, Ben said he’s had the opportunity to grow his skills every day, “whether it’s through our training sessions, listening to sales reps, or simply making calls. It’s hard not to get better at it.”

His advice to someone new to the position? “Just be yourself and never give up!”
